Zhang Xiaojian is from the Law School of Peking University, where he received his LLB, LLM and Ph.D in Law respectively. He was the visiting scholar of School of Law, New York University (NYU), U.S.A. and the visiting fellow in the Asian Law Institute, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore. He was Awarded by Beijing Law Society as an “Outstanding Youth Jurist”in 1999. He is also an arbitrtor in Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
