Qing Lu earned her J.D. and J.M. degrees from Peking University School of Transnational Law, where she was the founding Editor-in-Chief of the "STL China Law" editorial board. During law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Chinese Civil Law (I) and Chinese Advanced Legal Research and Writing, and worked as a research assistant to Professors Francis Snyder, Thomas Yunlong Man, and Jin Yin. She also organized a series of interviews with professors to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the law school's founding.
