Thanks to the generous financial support of the Beijing-based law firm, Jincheng Tongda & Neal (“JT&N”), the Peking University Transnational Law Review is pleased to announce the launch of the inaugural “JT&N Cup” Case Note Writing Competition for STL students. The Case Note Competition is an opportunity for STL students to showcase their English-language legal writing and research skills. JT&N, like other leading Chinese firms, increasingly values English-language proficiency in the delivery of legal services involving international transactions and disputes.
