Speaker Bio

Xuan Zhou graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics & Law with the Bachelor of Economics. She then obtained Master Degree in International Law and Master Degree in Comparative Law from University of International Business & Economics and Chicago-Kent College of Law respectively. Ms. Zhou has more than 13 years professional working experience. She worked as the in-house counselor of Shenzhen Urban Construction Group from 1992 to 1998, and acted as a stringer and guest host of Legal Column of Guangdong TV. She worked as a lawyer in Guangdong Guoxin Law Firm form 1999 to 2004, and became a partner of China Commercial Law Firm in 2004. In 2007, Ms Zhou joined JINGTIAN & GONGCHENG as a partner. Ms. Zhou specializes in M & A, stock issuing and capital market as well as legal advisor for administrative departments and large-scale enterprises. Her services cover a wide range, including due diligence investigation, the design of business structure and relevant negotiations.
