Preservation is the interim remedy in China. It should prevent the irreparable harm that the final remedies can’t remedy. The procedure of preservation is provided in Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China (2012 Amendment). There are property preservation and conduct preservation in the rules. It’s necessary to know the function and procedures of preservation so that it could be fully understood and applied.
