The PKU Shenzhen 2020 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 24. Following the ceremony, there are arrangements for group photos with students and teachers.
Time: 9:00 – 10:30a.m.
Location: Auditorium of the PHBS Building (Floor B2)
Participants: Faculty and staff, graduating students in Shenzhen, relevant staff
Please arrange your work schedule accordingly.
Pay attention to the following:
1. Graduating students should wear commencement attire and arrive at the waiting area before 8:40a.m.
2. Faculty in ceremony, please wear academic attire and arrive at the ceremony before 8:45 a.m.
3. Other faculty and relevant staff, please attend the ceremony at 8:45 a.m.
4. Wear mask throughout ceremony.
