Katherine is the Managing Director of Hughes-Castell, an Asia based legal recruitment firm. She focuses on recruitment at senior levels for international law firms, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and listed companies. Previously, Katherine was Head of Legal Talent and Recruitment at Morrison & Foerster and set up the recruitment function for Baker McKenzie. A qualified career coach, Katherine was awarded In-house Recruitment Professional of the Year in 2017 and nominated as Recruitment Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019 by Human Resources Asia. A former litigator, Katherine graduated with an LLB/BA in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney and her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of New South Wales.

Stephen Lable, Founder and Managing Director of the The Lable Group, has over twenty years of experience as a practicing attorney, in-house law firm recruiter, and law firm office administrator. Stephen now works as a consultant in Hong Kong where he helps attorneys and law students around the world identify new job opportunities and navigate challenges in their careers. Stephen is a graduate of Brandeis University (BA), Yale University (MAR) and The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (JD) and served as the Office Administrator at Weil Gotshal (Boston) and Davis Polk (Hong Kong).
