Speaker’s bio:Dr Richard Wu, Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong LLB (HKU) PCLL (HKU), BSc (Economics), LLM (London), MBA (Warwick), LLB, LLM (Peking), LLM (IT and Telecommunications Law) (Strathclyde) and PhD (London). Before joining academia, Richard served as a partner of Johnson Stokes & Master (now renamed as Mayer Brown), the largest and oldest law firm in Hong Kong and Asia.
