The China WTO Moot Court Competition is one of the leading mooting competitions in the field of international trade law. Organized annually, it attracts participants from top law schools across China and the world, offering a platform for students to engage in disputes modeled after cases heard by the World Trade Organization’s Dispute Settlement Body. The competition simulates a fictional trade dispute between WTO member states, with participants preparing both written submissions and oral arguments representing both the complainant and respondent.
