个人简历

  • Ray Campbell教授是民事诉讼法和法律职业道德领域的学者。他目前的研究集中于法律与商业的交叉（侧重于在科技与经济创新下法律服务市场性质的转变）。在进入学界之前，Campbell教授曾任美国最高法院首席大法官Warren Burger以及哥伦比亚特区联邦巡回上诉法院Malcolm Wilkey法官的书记员。此外，Campbell教授还曾担任凯易国际律师事务所和Jenner & Block律师事务所的诉讼合伙人以及HarmonyCentral.com（为音乐人士提供网络资源的领先公司）的主席和CEO。Campbell教授拥有耶鲁大学的学士学位以及弗吉尼亚大学的J.D.学位。

    Campbell教授经常应邀讲授与法律职业的变化相关的话题。其中包括最近在伦敦举行的国际法律伦理学会议（该会议包含单独针对英国法律服务委员会的演讲）、法律无国界（全球法律与商界人士的跨学科的联合体）以及法律与社会会议。2014年9月，Campbell教授受邀成为一个国际法学教师网站的特邀博主。该博客每天为数千法律学者访问。
